Archaeologists were thrilled to discover a partial manuscript which gave the answer to a long unanswered question- “How did John beat Peter in the iconic ‘Race to the Tomb 5k?’”. After finding a few additional scrolls near the dead sea, the text was translated on Monday. Hebrew Literature expert Yamel Solomon explained their finds to the public,
“This missing excerpt from Luke 24 tells us that John Bar-Zebedee was able to pass Peter because he was wearing Nike ZoomX Dragonfly II’s while Simon Peter was only in trainers. This explains how Peter, the undisputed leader in the Diamond Apostles League, lost this particular race.”
The text also included a post race interview of Simon Peter, who was partially stunned by the result. The disappointed apostle added, “I guess he got in my head with those supershoes. I hope this doesn’t affect my NIL deal with Dead Sea-Fishery”
At publishing times, sources say archaeologists have discovered an Old Testament scroll with mile splits from the classic “Run to Tell David That Joab Threw a Javelin Into Absalom Marathon”
